These Terms and Conditions govern your use of FieldFoxx. By creating an account, accessing, or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use FieldFoxx.
You must provide accurate and complete registration information and keep it updated. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials.
Subject to these terms, FieldFoxx grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the service for your internal business operations.
You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with system integrity, reverse engineer the platform, or use FieldFoxx for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
Subscription fees are billed based on your selected plan. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, and similar charges, excluding taxes on FieldFoxx income.
Payment features may be provided through third-party processors such as Stripe. Payment processing and payout services are subject to those providers’ separate agreements and requirements.
You retain ownership of your business and customer data. You grant FieldFoxx a limited license to host, process, and transmit that data solely to provide and maintain the service.
FieldFoxx and its software, content, and branding remain the exclusive property of FieldFoxx and its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of platform intellectual property.
Integrations and third-party tools may be made available for convenience. FieldFoxx is not responsible for third-party services, availability, or content, and use of those services is at your own risk.
FieldFoxx may suspend or terminate access for material breaches, non-payment, legal requirements, or behavior that creates risk or harm to the platform or other users.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
To the extent permitted by law, FieldFoxx will not be liable for indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold FieldFoxx harmless from claims arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.
FieldFoxx may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
